WHERE THE HELL IS OUR SUPPORT
I have emailed and asked for advice, we have set up threads in the forums!!!!!!!! but who has had any feedback???????
All we have still are arguments when idiots come into what we class as OUR room!!!! and all i have seen is my friends get hurt :'(
I have had to convince 4 people to stay in the last week but that should be the job of the support team and they should be looking into why are they leaving???????
What the hell is any point of support if they are not there for us??????
I can only say one thing pull your finger out before you loose all the decent people in here and this site turns like all the other meat market dating site

i tottally agree kev as i am one who has had enough the last few weks with it all .
so with that i have decided to take time out i no who my true friends are and will
stay in touch with them via msn .the idiots have won in my opion as they allways do kev

I don't think support should be the ones to convince members to stay, it's not their job, we are all adults and if one of us wants to leave then we know what to do, it's just some of us do it with less fuss, lol,
As for the so called idiots come in and annoy us all, just ignore them it's only words on a screen, they don't know you anymore than you know them so what does it matter? ignore them and they'll soon get bored.

it is sad that some times idiots come in and spoil things.. but we have a few rooms to choose from we have on occasions b4 moved to other rooms by pm others members n telling um meet in pub..
but i still say a boot off button or time out button would be good idea for live chat, could be time out for bad behaviour from 15 mins upto rest of the day or eve depending.. or if keeps being rude to users then final warning and then booted off for good ........... thats wat i would do any way ...........
but untill some thing is put in place simply ignore them.dont giv um reason to tlk back ignore them completely.

As a newbie I was under the impression I was able to visit any chatroom? How do I apply to become part of this room you name as 'our room'?
As for members annoying you, the answer is simple, IGNORE - we tell our children to do just that, when other kids are name calling etc, as adults surely we can do the same?
As for jumping from one room to another sounds a little petty to me!
If people choose to leave the site, then thats their choice and shouldn't be bullied to stay/return, surely they are old enough to make up their own decisions...people will come and go just like they do in the 'real' world.
