Well obviously the guys are shy 'cos they daren't post a reply lol

I've got to admit I find it difficult with a guy who is shy because the first meet can be like pulling teeth!  I'm shy too but I tend to over-compensate by babbling which I think can sometimes be worse don't you?  I find that if you can have some good chats on the phone before meeting someone then it usually helps with the first meet - come one guys let us know what you think!

just joined im shy at first but as soon as i no we like each other you cant stop me.think its a case of failure untill i no xxshy women are very hard to talk to.but the same again if they like you they will open up xx

i am not put off by women being shy in fact i find it quite nice sometimes

For me personally I find it really sweet but sometimes, I may after quite a while think they aren't really interested or unsure and I'm being lead up the garden path as it were. Then I start thinking is it just me lol

Yes, shy women can be like 'pulling teeth' as one said. The other end of the spectrum is a woman who won't stop talking and the first date is mostly having to interupt them to get a two way converstation going.

It happens both ways of course, before you ladies accuse me of being sexist!

babe if your shy your shy ,if someone is interested in a shy person they will do there best to try and bring them out a little ,anyway theres more to the person than them being shy .

Yes, but only because I am quite shy myself.  I don't think its really a big deal as most people tend to clash with people who are too much like themselves. So in this respect I think its just a matter of finding someone you interact well with according to your personality...  i.e. someone you are in mutual balance with.

hello i think we all tend to be bit shy, till we meet someone properly, and get to know and understand the real them, once u feel comfortable with that person, it tends to go, shyness isnt such a bad thing, id rather meet a guy who was a bit shy at first, then someone who is loud, and wants to be heard,..anyways id soon tell him to shut up and let me speak.....lol...

shyness can be quite appealing if not taken to the extreme...being a relatively shy person myself (or is it esteem issues) i find extrovert folk quite over-bearing, especially if i dont know them....

hi guys, new to here meself, but must admit, i am quite shy until i get to know someone a little, and it is very difficult getting on with people. You need a little patience and a bit of time with shy people, same goes for women to in my experience, just need to spend a little time with them :)
